(NTDC) EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SERVICES OF ADVERTISING AGENCIES REQUIRED SCOPE OF WORK National Transmission & Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) a public sector organization invites applications from eligible advertising agencies to fulfill its communication needs across various media channels including print electronic digital/social media display and classified advertisements in accordance with Advertisement Policy 2021 issued by Press Information Department (PID) Ministry of Information & Broadcasting Govt. of Pakistan. The agencys head office can be located anywhere in the country but it must have a complete visual creative and marketing / advertising setup in Lahore. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Well reputed advertising agencies with a strong financial background registered with the Press Information Department (PID) APNS PBA SECP and tax authorities having extensive experience in launching advertising and public communication campaigns for major clients across the country (including the ability to publish campaigns tender notices / advertisements in international newspapers), especially for power sector utilities / service sector organizations. Interested advertising agencies must provide following information about their Advertising Agency: - 1. Complete Company Profile. 2. Technical and professional expertise and existing support infrastructure to undertake the job. 3. Previous Client details (Public Sector & Private Sector) 4. An affidavit on stamp paper indicating that it has not been blacklisted by any Ministry / Division / Government Department / Government Organization or Federal / Provincial Government and also submit a non-collusion certificate. 5. Balance sheets and audited accounts by authorized certified accountant for the last year. The agency must adhere to the PID Guidelines / Instructions laid down in Advertising Policy 2021. SELECTION CRITERIA Initially, the advertising agencies will submit their concepts and copies sketches preliminary designs story boards and script art work for print electronic digital & social media as well as outdoor and cinema advertising about NTDC projects and its contributions in socio-economic development as per date and time given below. Short-listed agencies will be invited for a final comprehensive presentation based on actual artwork before the selection committee. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ? Expression of Interest documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned and are also available at www.ntdc.gov.pk for reference. ? Expression of Interest (EOI) prepared in accordance with the instructions in EOI documents should be reached at the office of the undersigned on or before July 01 2024. ?
