National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA invites sealed bids from the eligible firms/bidders for Purchase of 02 No?s DI-2115 Modules Along With Cables For Event Recorder at 220 kV Grid Station NTDC, Dera Ismail Khan on basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through Single Stage Single Envelop Procedure. Detailed technical specifications will be provided in bidding documents. 2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at the following address, during office hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 2000/-, the method of payment will be by a non-refundable fee in form of bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of Deputy Manager 220KV Grid Station NTDC D.I.Khan The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by express mail for an additional fee of Rs. 1000/- . The documents may be sent by courier services. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery in such case. 4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in PKR in the form of CDR issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the undersigned valid for period up to 28 days beyond the bid validity date. 5. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at above address on or before 12th June 2024 at 11:00 AM PST. The Bids will be opened in the OFFICE OF MANAGER ASSET MANAGEMENT NORTH 500KV CIRCLE NTDC PESHAWAR on 14th June 2024 at 11:30 AM PST.
