| Description | Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt) Limited (ISGS) is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 with its registered office at Islamabad and working under the auspices of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. ISGS invites sealed bids from reputable authorized firms, registered with relevant Tax Authorities and which are appearing as active taxpayers in Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)?s database i.e. Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for supply of IT equipment. Bidding documents containing all information including instruction for preparation and submission of bids, bid evaluation criteria, format of contract, form of bid, format of securities, etc. are available for the interested bidders to be downloaded from the website of ISGS (www.isgs.com.pk). The RFP documents are also available at ISGS office and may be obtained during office hours. Prospective bidders may request clarification on any aspect of bidding documents till 03 June 2024. Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must reach at following address on or before 11 June 2024 at 1500 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs. In case the day of bid submission and technical bid opening falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
