| Description | Ignite is incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 (previously Companies Ordinance, 1984), by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan. Ignite funds incubation centers and innovation projects which utilize fourth industrial wave technologies to solve local problems and to target opportunities in health, energy, agriculture, telecom, finance, and other verticals. Ignite invites proposals from qualified licensed/registered well reputed entities for ?Provision of Services to Establish & Manage Virtual Production Studio (VPS)? as per details mentioned in the RFP document that can be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk , https://ignite.org.pk/rfps-year-2024 and www.ppra.org.pk Bidders must upload proposals on EPADs https://eprocure.gov.pk Hard copy of proposals are accepted only from bidders who have submitted complete bids on EPADs. Interested entities should be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and GST registered (if applicable) with professional management team and prior relevant experience as mentioned in the RFP document. Sealed proposals, labelled with the RFP name, must reach the specified address by 1500 hours on July 25, 2024. Proposal opening will occur on the same day at 1530 hours in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives at the same address.
