Commandant PN War College may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. Pakistan Navy War College shall, upon request, communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bds or proposals, but is not required to justify grounds. 4. 02% bid money should be attached with the proposal I Quotation in the form of Pay Order I Bank Draft. 5.
