For eligibility, interested parties are required to get authorization receipt on payment of Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable) on request and trees can be Physically Examined, up to 04.06.2024 during office hours (08:30hrs to 16:30hrs) at 220kV Grid Station NTDC, Burhan, Tehsil Hasanabdal, District Attock (Contact: Mr. Muhammad Bilal Khan Assistant Manager Mobile No: 0332-9645355). Interested parties will also submit bid security CDR of Rs. 25000/- (Refundable) in favor of ?Misc. collection account NTDCL?. No bid will be accepted without bid security. The CDR of highest, second and third bidder will be kept and entertained in case of highest bidder fail to deposit the remaining amount within due time. The highest bidder will deposit 25% of bid amount in cash on spot and remaining 75% amount will be deposited within 15 working days after approval of case from Competent Authority/issuance of Letter of Acceptance, Federal and provincial Taxes will be applicable according to Govt. Laws. In case the successful bidder fails to deposit the remaining amount within prescribed time, then the security fee (25%) shall be fortified by NTDC and no claim in this regard will be accepted. All trees will be removed within 30 days after issuing of release order with in office hours from 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs positively. Only one representative of the company/firm will be allowed to participate in the bid. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. |
