XEN-EHV-RWP-07-2024 NAME OF WORK: CIVIL WORKS, ERECTION, STRINGING, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 220KV D/C S/C RAWAT - ISPR T/LINE FOR ITS REROUTING/UPRAISING BETWEEN EXISTING TOWER NO. 220 TO TOWER NO. 221 (DEPOSIT WORK OF NHA FOR KHARIAN-RAWALPINDI MOTORWAY PROJECT) National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA responsible for development and control of power transmission system in the country, invites sealed bids through ?Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure? on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms as defined under IB-3 of Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and are on Active Tax payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with PEC in appropriate category for Civil CE-10 & Electrical EE-05 (with original certificates) as per NTDC specifications (details, types and quantities mentioned in the bidding document). Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before 07.06.2024 at the following address during office hours (09:00 am to 04:30 pm). Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 5,000 (Pak Rupees Five Thousand Only). The method of payment for purchase of Bidding Documents will be in the form of cash. Phone No: 051-4416109 The bidder as single entity should have executed conventional as well as pile foundations, erected towers and carried out the stringing work successfully tested and commissioned at least 02 Nos of transmission lines having minimum length of 2 Kms for 220 KV or higher voltage during last (10) ten years and the aggregated length of at least 05 KMs of such works of 220 KV or higher voltage transmission lines. Moreover, such transmission lines should have been in satisfactory operation for at least two years as on the date of bid opening. In case of joint venture, the lead partner should have executed conventional as well as pile foundations, erected towers and carried out the stringing work successfully tested and commissioned at least 02 Nos of transmission lines having minimum length of 2 Kms for 220 KV or higher voltage during last (10) ten years and the aggregated length of at least 05 KMs of such works of 220 KV or higher voltage transmission lines and the JV partner should have executed conventional as well as pile foundations, erected towers and carried out stringing successfully, tested and commissioned at least 01 No of transmission lines having minimum length of 2 Kms for 220 KV or higher voltage during last (10) ten years and the aggregated length of at least 05 KMs of such works of 220 KV or higher voltage transmission lines during last (10) ten years. Moreover, such transmission lines should have been in satisfactory operation for at least two years as on the date of bid opening. 4. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount not less than 3 % of the Total Bid Price in the form of CDR or Pay Order from a Bank in Pakistan. 5. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents must reach at the above address on or before 10.06.2024 11:00 hours PST.
