(NTDC) OPEN AUCTION TENDER NOTICE NO.01/2024/HVSC/FSD AUCTION OF SCRAP MATERIAL AT HV&SC LAB.(RTL) NTDC, FAISALABAD Public Auction of scrap material like cables PVC/XLPE , Insulation sheath, MS Steel ( D-shackles, elbow, LT service Box & etc , aluminum (conductor pieces, Dead End Clamp & etc) Copper/Brass scrape ( HT/LT connector & Copper strips , enamel wire & etc) used tyres and batteries and wood & hard board scrape will be held at High Voltage and Short Circuit laboratory (Formerly RTL) Steam Power station Faisalabad at 1000 hours on 5th June 2024 by Govt / NTDC Auctioneer. Bidders can visit to look the scrape materials on 3-4 June 2024 during the office hours 2. 25% of the highest bid to be deposited on fall of hammer and balance 75 % plus taxes within 7 Days with Govt/NTDC Auctioneer. 3. Successful bidder will have to deposit 10 % withholding tax (for filer ) or 17 % (for Non filer ) and 17 % GST of the bid amount as per FBR rules and law of land at the time of full payment to NTDC 4. Additional conditions will be announced before start of auction 5. Bidders must be in possession of valid original CNIC and 2 x photocopies at time of entry. 6. NTDC reserves its rights regarding rejection of tenders/bids as defined in clause -33 (1) of PPRA rules-2004 7. Auction shall held on as is where is basis 8.
