A complete set of tender Documents may be purchased by interested bidder on submission of a written request on letter head of the firm along with copy of CNIC, NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificate, previous work completion certificate to the above mentioned office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000/- from 09th May 2024 till 24th May 2024 during office Hrs (0900 hrs to 1500 hrs). 3. All bidders must be accompanied by a 2% bid security of the total bid price in shape of Bank Draft/CDR from a Scheduled bank in favour of Deputy Manager 500KV Grid Station NTDC Peshawar. 4. The Tender/ bid in a sealed envelope along with Samples/technical specification must be delivered at above mentioned address on or before 27th May 2024 till 10:30 Hrs. tenders will be opened at 11:00 Hrs on the same day in presence of bidder?s representative who choose to attend at the same address. 5. All the supplied Materials must be according to NTDC/ WAPDA & IEC standards. 6. Technical and general specification will be applicable as given in tender documents. 7. All bidders will provide their own proposal for installation of the subject items with best illumination efficiency. 8. The bidders are requested to give their best and final price. 9. The price shall be final inclusive of all taxes. 10. NTDCL reserves all its rights regarding rejection of all bids as defined in clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
