National Database & Registration Authority invites sealed bids for engaging Training Institute for Oracle EBS Training for Financials & Human Capital Management (HCM) as per Bidding Documents through International Competitive Bidding. In case of National / Local Firm, firm must have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration and must be on Active Taxpayer List of Federal Board of Revenue. 2. The bid documents containing detailed Specification, Instructions, Conditions and forms for participating in the Bid can be acquired between 0800 to 1600 hours on working days. The Bid Documents (complete set) can be purchased by the bidder upon a written request on Bidder?s official letter head addressed to the Head of Department (NADRA Procurement) at given address or the bidding documents are also available on NADRA official website for the interested bidders which can be viewed and downloaded from www.nadra.gov.pk 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the address mentioned below on or before 1100 hours on 23rd February, 2023 Pakistan Standard Time.
