| Description | Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms/ distributor/ suppliers for procurement of the following. S.No Items Qty Unit 01 Email Security Gateway (on-premises) solution appliance (Physical/virtual) training (By Vendor), , with support and license (1000 users scalable up to 5000 users or Equivalent Complete Specs is attached as per Annex-A 01 No Notice: Tender Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelop Basis ? Delivery FOR Haripur. ? Bidders must submit their bids as per tender requirement i.e clearly marked as financial and technical proposals. ? Price inclusive and exclusive of taxes need to be mentioned separately. ? Complete technical literature required along with technical bid. ? Bid security of Rs. 100,000/- of bid value along with technical literature in separate sealed envelope in shape of pay order or Demand Draft, Otherwise bid will not be entertained. ? Bid Validity: 90 days. ? Prices must be in PAK Rupees ? Warranty: standard Warranty ? Transportation charges will be borne by the Vendor. ? OEM Training of 05x person must be required. ? Evaluation of supplier will be done as per attached criteria ? POC/Demo must be provided. ? Must submit license of support costfor 1, 2 and 3 years. NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject at any time prior to the acceptance of any or all the tenders / bids.
