Description GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF INTERIOR NATIONAL DATABASE & REGISTRATION AUTHORITY Regional Head Office Peshawar EOBI Building, Plot#31, Sector B-1, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar Invitation for Bids Subject: Provision of Furniture, IT/Computer Equipment, Electrical/Electronics, Toners & Misc Stationary/Printing Items No. RHO/Pesh/Proc/07/01/2018 1. NADRA intends to invite sealed bids from firms register with income and sale tax department and who are on active tax payer list of federal board of revenue and firms having technical soundness and requisite experience to cater for requirements of the organization on competitive basis. Proposals are invited from all reputable firm/firms in the following categories for provision of various items. a. Lot# 1 - Furniture Items Executive Table, Executive Chair, Office Table, Office Chair, Computer Table, Computer Chair, Waiting chair (steel/plastic), stool, file rack/cabinet, sofa, pigeonhole, steel Almeria, visitor chair, steel safe and related wooden items. Note: Supply as per demand or need basis during FY 2018-19 i.e July 2018 to June, 2019 b. Lot# 2 - IT Equipment CPU, LCD, Printer, Scanner, laptop & batteries/chargers, barcode reader, Thumb digitizers, digital camera, camera stand, camera battery/Charger, background screen, USB, 3G/4G networking devices, shredder machine, Storage devices, Power supply, DVD Writer, Network switches, network cable & tools, connector, LAN tester, network racks, and accessories. DVD/CD, CD Box and related IT items, Note: Supply as per demand or need basis during FY 2018-19 i.e July 2018 to June, 2019 c. Lot# 3 -Electronic/Electrical/Misc Equipment AC Split, Floor stand AC, UPS & batteries, Electric Water Cooler, Water Dispenser, Air Cooler, LED TV, Stabilizer, Exhaust Fan, Bracket Fan, Pedestal Fan, Ceiling Fan, Lower TCP Fan, Metal Detector, Fire Extinguisher, Extension Board and misc electronic items. Note: Supply as per demand or need basis during FY 2018-19 i.e July 2018 to June, 2019 d. Lot # 4 ? Stationary & Printing Items Paper all types & sizes, local/imported, register all types, Staple machine, pins, Ball points Blue, pointer, marker, highlighters, uni correction pen, Stamp pad, punch machine double, scotch tape, packing tape, paper clips, stapler pin remover, gum liquid, gum stick, calculator, post it pad small/medium, steel scale, paper cutter, thermal rolls, scissors, box file/folder, plastic file cover, token register, stock/cash book, file cover normal, envelops all type printed, wall clock, glass cleaner, dust bin, automatic air freshener, Table set, air freshener, duster cloth, insect killer, tissue box, doorbell writing pads, Pencil lead, eraser peliken, Sharpener, Q-matic token rolls and miscellaneous stationary items. Note: Supply on quarterly basis during FY 2018-19 (July, 2018 to June, 2019) e. Lot # 5 - Toner for Printers All type of toners/drums & cartridge for printers, Fax Machine, Photocopier & Thermal printers (HP, Canon, Xerox, Panasonic & Samsung or equivalent). Note: Supply on quarterly basis during FY 2018-19 (July, 2018 to June, 2019) 2. Firms can apply in any one or more than one of the above categories. Tender documents having complete details & terms conditions can be collected during office hours, from 09th July, 2018 to 30th July, 2018 by submitting written request for each category separately along with separate Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) in the name of DG RHO NADRA Peshawar or on cash payment. 3. Samples of the required items are available at NADRA (Procurement Section) of this RHO. 4. Sealed financial & technical proposals must be submitted latest by 11:00 hours on 30th July, 2018 by adopting single stage two envelop procedure. Technical bid will be opened at 11:30 hours same day in the presence of contractors/firms authorized representatives. 5. Tender is also available on PPRA Website: - WWW.PPRA.ORG.PK 6. Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject single lot or the whole tender as per the clause 33 of PPRA rules.
